HOW KAATOP PRE-ORDERS WORK

Kaatop offers pre-orders as an option for customers who want a product that is not yet in stock.

When these products are being manufactured, we open pre-orders so you can secure your purchase. On our website they are marked “Pre-Order,” and their delivery estimates reflect when we expect to receive and dispatch them.

You can check the estimated delivery date by entering your postal code on the product page or in your shopping cart. You can also reserve your order through our Customer Service Center.

Pre-ordering lets you place your order early and secure the products even if stock runs out again. Invoices for pre-ordered products are issued only when the products are in Kaatop’s stock and can be billed to you. We ship them to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouses.
